QIA to acquire an 89% stake in Nitro Trust from Brookfield, GIC Private, and BCI.

QIA, a sovereign wealth fund, agreed to acquire an 89% stake in Nitro Trust, an infrastructure company, from Brookfield, an alternative asset management company, GIC Private, a fund established by the government of Singapore, and BCI, a provider of investment management services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
