Visma completed the acquisition of Lara AI.

Visma, a collective of 180+ SaaS companies focused on transforming business processes through software solutions, completed the acquisition of Lara AI, a human resources software designed for the retail sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Integrating Lara AI into Visma allows us to strengthen and complement our HR Tech portfolio which has more than 4,500,000 users, providing innovative tools that streamline talent management and enhance the employee experience at all organisational levels," Alvaro Capobianco, Visma Business Area Director of Latin America.
