Terra Firma and Angelo Gordon to acquire Lovat Parks.

Terra Firma, a UK-based private equity firm, and Angelo Gordon, an alternative investment firm focused on credit and real estate, agreed to acquire Lovat Parks, a leisure group operating residential and holiday park locations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
