Renovus Capital Partners-backed F2 Strategy completed the acquisition of MD Solutions.

Renovus Capital Partners-backed F2 Strategy, a company specializing in wealth management technology and marketing services, completed the acquisition of MD Solutions, a financial technology firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We've enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Bill and Steve, and quickly recognized the synergies between our firms.
