Waterland Private Equity to acquire a majority stake in TG Group.

Waterland Private Equity a private equity firm in insurance, specialty beer, gaming, biofuels, distribution, and offshore services industries, agreed to acquire a majority stake in TG Group, a company in packaging innovation, flow-pack and X-fold technologies.
