Greater Copenhagen Residential completed the acquisition of Akeleje Hus, a 17-storey landmark comprising 189 residential units, from Heimstaden Bostad, an European residential real estate compan. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The divestment of this asset represents another step in our ongoing efforts to optimise the portfolio in line with our strategic priorities. The gap between buyers and sellers in the market is narrowing, and we saw this as a good opportunity to divest the property at an attractive price," Christian Fladeland, Heimstaden Bostad Co-CEO.
