Acciona Energía to acquire Cable Energía From Shell.

Acciona Energía, a company specializing in renewable energy and electric mobility infrastructure, is set to acquire Cable Energía, the operator of Shell Recharge’s EV charging network across Spain and Portugal (outside of Shell service stations), from Shell, an oil and chemical group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
