Südweststahl Group and Van Merksteijn formed RSE Group.

Südweststahl Group, a German holding company based specializing in the steel industry, and Van Merksteijn, a Dutch family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing of steel reinforcement products and fencing panels, formed RSE Group, to secure the companies’ future and create a solid, broad-based foundation for their core business, which is the production, processing and distribution of reinforcing steel and reinforcement products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
