CRC Group completed the acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus.

CRC Group, a pure-play brokerage and underwriting specialty insurance distributor, completed the acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus, one of the nation's top five largest specialty wholesale insurance distributors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CRC's national scale, technology-driven platform, and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our vision for ARC.
