CRC Group completed the acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus.

CRC Group, a pure-play brokerage and underwriting specialty insurance distributor, completed the acquisition of ARC Excess & Surplus, one of the nation's top five largest specialty wholesale insurance distributors. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition meaningfully strengthens the combined company's ExecPro practice group.
