Bain Capital, a private equity firm, led a $93m Series D round in Astronomer, a software company, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Insight, Meritech, and Venrock, Bosch Ventures and JP Morgan. “While this is just one step in Astronomer’s journey to build a durable, lasting software company, we’re thrilled to have one of our earliest investors, Bain, leading the round.
