South Summit Capital Management-backed Truss Peak Holdings completed the acquisition of Leaders Life Insurance from Michigan Farm Bureau Financial.

South Summit Capital Management-backed Truss Peak Holdings, a company specializing in life reinsurance and acquisitions, completed the acquisition of Leaders Life Insurance, a provider of life and health insurance products, from Michigan Farm Bureau, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
