EQT-backed AMCS, a performance sustainability software company, completed the acquisition of Selected Interventions, a software and services company dedicated to the delivery of highly customised and cost-effective service management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Selected Interventions and the ECHO solution are a perfect complement to AMCS.
