Development Partners International, an Africa-focused, multi-strategy private investment firm, led a $15.7m Series A round in Sylndr, an Egypt-based online used car retailer, with participation from Algebra Ventures, Raed Ventures, Nuwa Capital, Uncovered Fund, Egyptian Gulf Holding, Beltone Venture Capital, and Camel Ventures.
