Trical Soil Solutions, a a distributor and applicator of soil fumigation products, completed the acquisition of Telone Soil Fumigation Product Line, a soil fumigation product used in agriculture from Dow Inc., a leading materials science company, for $121m. "We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this divestiture, a move that aligns with Dow's strategy to focus on its core, downstream markets.
