Dow, a chemical producer, completed the acquisition of the Telone soil fumigation product line from TriCal, a distributor and applicator of soil fumigation products, for $121m. "We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this divestiture, a move that aligns with Dow's strategy to focus on its core, downstream markets.
