Scania completed the acquisition of Haydock Commercial Vehicles.

Scania, a Swedish manufacturer of commercial vehicles, diesel engines for heavy vehicles as well as marine and general industrial applications, completed the acquisition of Haydock Commercial Vehicles, a distributor of pre-owned vehicles catering. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m very pleased to be welcoming our Haydock colleagues to join our Scania GB family, and hope we will continue to learn, grow, and get stronger together.
