Partnor and CAC Finans completed the acquisition of XL Parts.

Partnor, a Norwegian investment and holding company, and CAC Finans, a non-financial holding company, completed the acquisition of XL Parts, an operator of automotive parts and accessories stores. Partnor and CAC Finans will have 60% and 40% ownership respectively. Financial terms were not disclosed.
