AdvicePay completed the acquisition of AdvisorBOB from Great Valley Advisor Group.

AdvicePay, a fintech platform specializing in billing, payments, and compliance for fee-for-service financial planning, completed the acquisition of AdvisorBOB, an advisor compensation software company, from Great Valley Advisor Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AdvicePay was created to solve the pain points around billing and compliance for fee-for-service financial planning. Expanding into compensation is a natural extension of that mission,” Alan Moore, Advice Pay Co-Founder and CEO.
