NexPhase Capital to acquire the Behavior Frontiers.

NexPhase Capital, a thematically driven and operationally focused private equity firm, agreed to acquire Behavior Frontiers, a provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment services for individuals with autism and other special needs. Financial terms were not disclosed. "NexPhase has tremendous conviction in this business and its potential to serve more families in existing and new markets across the country.
