Pritzker Capital-backed Kenco completed the acquisition of 3PL business of Drexel.

Pritzker Capital-backed Kenco, a provider of supply chain solutions, including transportation, distribution, and fulfillment services, completed the acquisition of 3PL business from Drexel, an industries warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Kenco continues to grow, we’ve looked for opportunities to better serve our existing customers across Canada,” Denis Reilly, Kenco President and CEO.
