Capidea Management-backed Right People Group to acquire Knowit Consulting Services from Knowit.

Capidea Management-backed Right People Group, an IT and management consulting firm, agreed to acquire Knowit Consulting Services, a well-established consulting firm, from Knowit, a Swedish-based consultancy firm providing digital and cross-functional solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Knowit Consulting Services is an important strategic step in our ambition to strengthen our position as a leading provider of highly qualified IT and business consultants.
