Asker Healthcare completed the acquisition of Melet Schloesing Laboratories.

Asker Healthcare, a partner to caregivers and patients across Europe, completed the acquisition of Melet Schloesing Laboratories, a point-of-care blood analysis device. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We continue to build on our position and customer offering in Austria and are pleased to welcome the MS Labors team to Heintel Gruppe and the Asker family.
