TowerBrook-backed IDAK completed the acquisition of Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni.

TowerBrook-backed IDAK Food Group, a Switzerland-based premium frozen food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni, a frozen pizza snacks producer and distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These qualities and others make Sorrento Sapori the ideal strategic complement to our group of companies. This acquisition enables us to significantly expand and enlarge our product portfolio in the pizza and pizza snacks segment. We also see a great potential for growth at Sorrento Sapori e Tradizioni, and we intend to leverage it to better meet the growing demand of our international customers," Christof Lehmann, IDAK Food Group CEO.
