Knights Group to acquire Birkett Long for £16.6m.

Knights Group, a provider of legal and professional services, agreed to acquire Birkett Long, a premium service regional law firm and independent financial advisory business, for £16.6m. "We are delighted to welcome the Birkett Long team to Knights, strengthening our presence in the areas immediately surrounding London and giving us an entry into wealth advisory, a complementary service which has been of interest for some time," David Beech, Knights Group CEO.
