Align Capital-backed E Source, a data science and consulting services company, completed the acquisition of ILLUME Advising, a boutique consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “A key part of our original thesis at E Source was to broaden the Company’s service capabilities for its blue-chip utility customers. We see add-on acquisitions, such as ILLUME, as being key to this success through adding complementary capabilities and leadership to bolster the work of E Source today,” Rob Langley, Align Capital Managing Partner.
