Flexpoint Ford-backed Create Music Group completed the acquisition of Monstercat.

Flexpoint Ford-backed Create Music Group, an independent American music distribution, publishing, and data analytics company, completed the acquisition of Monstercat, an indie electronic label. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will provide Monstercat with access to CMG’s global infrastructure, media portfolio and capital — enabling it to offer more competitive deal structures and better marketing support while expanding its global presence.
