Castle Biosciences to acquire Previse.

Castle Biosciences, a company improving health through innovative tests that guide patient care, agreed to acquire Previse, a gastrointestinal health company with a primary focus on chronic acid reflux related diseases. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about joining Castle.
