DALS Lighting to acquire Remington Lighting.

DALS Lighting, a lighting solutions company, agreed to acquire Remington Lighting, a company that manufactures lighting products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Remington Lighting to the DALS family.
