PE-backed BrowserStack completed the acquisition of Requestly.

PE-backed BrowserStack, a developer of a software testing platform intended to power software tests, completed the acquisition of Requestly, an open-source developer tool designed to streamline the development, testing and debugging of web and mobile applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "What drew us to Requestly was its innovative browser-native approach and the passionate developer community behind it.
