Omnira Software completed the acquisition of Adept Solutions.

Omnira Software, a provider of software solutions for oil and gas reserves management, planning, and forecasting services, completed the acquisition of Adept Solutions, a provider of comprehensive production accounting solutions for the oil and gas industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
