Eletromidia-backed Publibanca Brasil, an operator of an advertising company, agreed to acquire the business in Brazil of Clear Channel, an out-of-home advertising company, for $14m. "This agreement to sell our business in Brazil is another milestone in our goal to optimize our portfolio and focus on growing our America and Airports segments.
