Goldman Sachs-backed Alder & Allan, an environmental services business, completed the acquisition of Glanville Environment, a specialist in drainage, geospatial surveys, and civil engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be joining the Adler & Allan Group.
