AmSpec Group completed the acquisition of CGN.

AmSpec Group, a provider of testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, completed the acquisition of CGN, a certification entity specializing in sustainability and environmental services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome CGN Certification into the AmSpec Group.
