VGO Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Homs Rental, a company specializing in equipment rental solutions, from Suma Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the investment from VGO Capital, a fund experienced in supporting the growth of leading European companies, Homs Rentals aims to accelerate its expansion and strengthen its position in Spain’s still-fragmented rental market. With this transaction, VGO Capital, which already holds several investments in Spain, reaffirms its interest in supporting entrepreneurs and mid-market companies in their growth and internationalization processes.
