VPI Ireland to acquire Polarisgate from ART Generation.

VPI Ireland, develops European pipeline of high value dispatchable generation assets including thermal and BESS assets, agreed to acquire Polarisgate, an Irish owned renewable energy company, from ART Generation, an Irish renewable energy development company. Financial terms are not disclosed.
