Toyota Tsusho India and CleanMax to form a joint venture.

Toyota Tsusho India Private Limited, a company specializing in trading and infrastructure investments, and CleanMax Enviro Energy Solution Private Limited, a company focused on renewable energy solutions, to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This initiative is a strategic step to enable decarbonization for our group and partners in India towards a carbon-neutral future. The partnership with CleanMax aims to facilitate availability of reliable, long-term renewable power to customers and our shared vision for sustainability will help to accelerate India’s shift to renewable energy,” Nobuaki Yahiro, TTIPL Managing Director.
