Kolektor, a Slovenian-based, multinational industrial conglomerate that specializes in highly specialized industrial production, completed the acquisition of Unior Components, a specialized manufacturer and service provider known for broaching technology, from Unior, a major Slovenian manufacturer specializing in high-quality hand tools. Financial terms were not disclosed.
