TELUS completed the acquisition of Workplace Options from Windrose Health Investors for $350m.

TELUS, a Canadian publicly traded holding company and conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Workplace Options, a global provider of integrated employee wellbeing solutions, from WindRose Health Investors, a healthcare private equity firm, for $350m.
