Ferrari Agroindústria and Agromen Sementes to acquire Leme sugarcane mill from Raízen for BRL425m.

Ferrari Agroindústria, a company engaged in the processing and sale of agricultural products, and Agromen Sementes, a biotechnology company specializing in the production, research, and development of sorghum and corn seeds, agreed to acquire Leme sugarcane mill from Raízen, a Brazilian energy company, for BRL425m.
