General Atlantic and Kedaara-backed ASG Eye Hospitals, operator of a chain of speciality eye-care hospitals in India, completed the acquisition of Dr. Gadgil Eye Hospital, operator of specialty eye-care facilities in Thane, India. Financial terms were not disclosed.
