DLL, a company specializing in asset-based financing across global equipment and technology sectors, is set to acquire a 51% stake in GATE, a mobility company focused on low- and zero-emission commercial vehicle rentals, from Iveco Group, a diversified automotive and industrial equipment manufacturer.
