Colowide completed the acquisition of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality from Crescent Capital Partners.

Colowide, a Japanese food and restaurant company, completed the acquisition of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality, an operator of full-service restaurants in Australia, from Crescent Capital Partners, an Australian private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
