Corinthian Capital Group and Valesco Industries completed the acquisition of Trimlight.

Corinthian Capital Group, a middle-market private equity firm, and Valesco Industries, a small and lower middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Trimlight, an outdoor lighting systems company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The opportunity to invest the first institutional dollars in Trimlight, a premier, rapidly growing company with a large addressable market, is perfectly aligned with our investment strategy," Kenneth Clay, Corinthian Managing Partner.
