HBX Group completed the acquisition of Civitfun.

HBX Group, a B2B ecosystem player in the TravelTech space, completed the acquisition of Civitfun, a software solution for hotels and vacation rentals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining the HBX Group family is an exciting milestone for us.
