Samsung Electronics to acquire FläktGroup from Triton for €1.5bn.

Samsung Electronics, a technology company, agreed to acquire FläktGroup, a global HVAC solutions provider, from Triton, an investment firm, for €1.5bn. “We are extremely pleased that FläktGroup has become a part of Samsung Electronics.
