CapMan completed the acquisition of Nonna Group and Aurahovi Group.

CapMan, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Nonna Group and Aurahovi Group, a Finnish elderly care providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. By combining the two companies, CapMan Special Situations is forming one of Finland’s leading operators in the residential care sector, with a nationwide network of nine housing units and around 500 apartments.
