Ouest Croissance, UNEXO and BNP Paribas, investment firms, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in GUYOT Environnement, a company recycling raw materials and transforming non-recyclable waste into fuel, producing low-carbon energy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
