Proofpoint to acquire Hornetsecurity.

Proofpoint, a company specializing in cybersecurity and compliance, agreed to acquire Hornetsecurity, a provider of AI-powered Microsoft 365 security solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As attackers grow more sophisticated and people remain the primary target, organizations need security that protects them wherever they work—across email, cloud applications, and every digital channel.
