Tata AutoComp, an automotive component manufacturer, and Katcon Global, an exhaust systems specialist, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This joint venture marks a significant milestone for Tata AutoComp, as it is the first time we are entering a partnership where we are contributing the core technology," Arvind Goel, Tata AutoComp Vice Chairman.
